This is an extremely important factor that contribute to the value gain of properties in the area. Swan bay is located on Dai Phuoc Island (Dong Nai Province) which is about 45 km away from Ho Chi Minh city, and until 2021 it will be shorten to 19 km. Moving further East from HCMC, price of landed property has increased so much in the last few years that now it become the most desirable area ever for investment.
